Security
How members sign in, and who can read a doc from a shared link.
Sign-in
Members can use their Google Workspace account instead of a password.
Everyone confirms new sign-ins with an authenticator app.
Invitations go only to addresses on the workspace's own domain.
Sharing
Anyone with a doc's link can read it without an account. Drafts and docs in review stay private.
Public links are off. Shared links ask for a sign-in first.
